Properties:
Colorless, light yellow, transparent and low viscosity liquid with irritant odor. Mp:-30.6℃, Bp:121--122℃, Flashing point: 26℃, Dentity: D204 0.8688, Index of refraction: 1.4052. It can be compatibility in some of organic solvent such as Benzene, Acetone and Carbontetrachloride. Soluble in ether and water. Solubility (in 25℃water)is 12.8. Flammable.
Uses:
Mainly used in producing medicine, intermediate of pesticides, used as special solvent and lustering agent in nickel and copper plating. Used as Viscosity reductant, viscosity stabilizer, viscosity stabilizer for hydrocarbon chloride, corrosion inhibitor for petroleum industry, used in organic synthesis.
Storage and conveying:
It should be stored under ventilating, drying, fineproof, explosionproof and selfsead conditions, strong stricking, sunshine and rain should be avoided.
